They have nice cars there. My son brought a caddy from them. "As is" of course...turns out all the fluids were low or empty, it had a bad brake leak and transmission leak. Which lead to having to having to have the transmission replaced. It's still in the shop as I am typing. However the guys there are nice.

Great experience with buying son’s first car. Honest and kind people who take pride in their work. The shop took the time to look over and repair any major concerns they found and explained everything to us. My son is thrilled and we are very pleased with his 2009 Saab 9-3 2.0T XWD. Thank you!

I have to give a 5/5 star for oda. They are super reliable and go above and beyond to get the work done that needs to be done. I got a 2013 Hyundai Elantra that needed some work done before I was able to drive it. They ended up fixing everything so it was like a brand new car. They even made an exception to fix a little thing after the warranty was expired. I really recommend Oda if you are looking for used cars for your new drivers!!!!!!!!!!!

If I could leave 10 stars I absolutely would. My experience from start to finish was flawless and I couldn’t be more happy. I went to ODA looking for a van, Andrey went above and beyond to find me a van that worked for my family. He was honest about what needed to be done to the van before I could pick it up. Andrey worked hard to have my van ready for me in one day and when I told him I couldn’t pick it up he delivered it to my home at 8:30pm. I couldn’t recommend ODA enough and I am so grateful for Andrey and all he did for my family. Thank you!!

Words cannot express how wonderful of an experience it was purchasing a vehicle from them! The employees were all incredibly nice and thorough in explaining every step of the process. They also fully serviced my vehicle upon purchase, which gave me a sense of relief knowing that I was dealing with someone who cared about their customers satisfaction instead of their customers wallets. My husband and I bought a car here a couple months ago. We are in Maine and did everything over the phone after finding them online. I am happy to say we love the car and the crew at Oda kept their word and did everything to make this experience positive. We have a rigorous inspection in Maine and had a few minor issues that Oda fixed immediately. My husband said the family and crew take pride in their work. I will buy here again. I should've written 3 or 4 reviews for ODA by now. We've purchased 2 cars through ODA and had a couple in depth repairs performed, no fault of ODA's. Most recently Dmitry replaced the engine for one of our vehicles that wasn't purchased there. They are extremely knowledgeable and skilled at what they do. I'd much rather bring a vehicle there than any dealership in the Manchester area. I greatly appreciate all the help they have given me and wish them many blessing for the future.

I believe that the name of the guy was Andre… he is a tall guy that drive a tow truck. He gave a big help pushing my car to my trailer and refuse to accept any money for the help, “which is known that is really hard to find” I stopped to read the reviews about this place, and I could confirm that that attitude seems to me to be just an extension of all the excellence that this family has. My GF bought a used Prius from them almost 5 months ago now. They were very upfront with anything that was wrong with the vehicle and even refurbished the battery and gave us a free 1 year warranty on said battery. This gave us much peace of mind about buying a used hybrid. They also sold it to us under market value. As I previously stated, she has been driving the car for a solid 5 months with no issues to date. I wanted to wait a good period of time to leave a review in case any weird things popped up since owning the car but honestly it seems like this dealer was being 100% genuine (which is very hard to find unfortunately) She absolutely loves the car! Would recommend 👍

If I could rate this place a 10000 star I would. Dmitriy is a very up front man. If you’re a Biden fan you’d be brave to come here, because you’d be hitting the road Jack, and don’t you come back no more no more. The jobs here are done to near perfection! From Jobs A-Z he’s the man for it! If you’re looking for a new car buy it from here. That way you know you’re getting what you’re paying for. When I got my Tacoma truck the people I got it from at Price auto in concord did half fast repairs to get it on the lot quicker. Dmitriy was so shocked to see the god awful repairs they did. Just now Dmitriy noticed 2 bulbs left lose in the front light. Firestone in Nashua is a over priced, lazy and not so reliable repair shop. He’s gratefully replaced it for free. He’s the best of the best and please come here gracefully. Do not take advantage of Dmitriy. This is a family own business, so show some respect!

i’ve bought 7 cars in the pasted 4 years these guys are grate my whole family shops for cars at oda. all my bmw and mercedez services and modifications i do here. Demitry is a Master mechanic and he doesn’t beat around the bush definitely tell you everything you need and will need in the future. Andrey has an excellent skills of customer service always leave with a smile and a good deal!

We bought a suv from here for my 16 year old son and it needed some work before we could take it home. They made sure it was done and safe for him. It had some rust and pealing paint. They had the rust completely repaired and repainted. We had the check engine light come on and they took care of the repair 100 percent. I would recommend this place to to everyone. I hope they are around when the other 2 boys are ready to buy. I will be back.

Although a purchase was not made, I’d say that this family run dealership is better than most private dealers. I came to see a car listed for 20.5K, and after listing off reasons why I wasn’t interested in the car at it’s current price I was asked for what I’d like to pay. Provided a range 17-19K depending on what’s offered. The owner originally was pretty upset and offended with my offer (reasonably so, 17K was a low ball so that was not fair of my part) and I began to leave. As I was leaving the owner stopped me, apologized for how the encounter went and explained context behind why he wasn’t okay with that range. His explanation was valid so he offered to replace all major things I found wrong with the car (tires, brakes, bumper misaligned, etc.) and let me keep the car overnight so I can test it out some more and bring it to my own mechanic for an inspection. He also was willing to make the car 20K flat out the door with the standard warranty. The original price did not include any associated fees/warranty. I ended up not buying the car since my mechanic unveiled some other things that I personally was not fine with but others may have been. But overall, for someone looking for a private dealer that offers fair deals and fair negotiations I would recommend them. They customer service is also very very good. They let me have the car up on a lift for my own inspection as well.

I recently purchased my first used car from this dealership and was given a perfect experience because of their exceptional customer service. The employees are very open and genuine to answering any questions / concerns regarding the vehicles, as well as price negotiations, recommendations, payment, etc. I must also note how my father and I had several missing cosmetic accessories for the car when we made the purchase so we asked the dealer about replacing many of them in which he gave us absolutely no trouble in assisting us to do so. During every returning trip to the dealer, they kept their word each time about the expectations for the vehicle’s preparation which did not fail to impress my father and I.

My son was looking for his first car and came across their Craigslist ad which showed more than 6 saabs they had in inventory. My son had 2 picked out and we chose the one we liked the most. We negotiated an acceptable price and they had mentioned they would thoroughly inspect and fix anything necessary to pass inspection and also, change the timing belt and any other issues that might cause a problem in the near future. I was a bit skeptical but they had mentioned they were standing behind a 30 day warranty on major issues and the deal was for an inspected vehicle with temporary plates. 2 days later we were informed the vehicle was ready. They changed the belt, tires, installed new brakes and rotors and the inside was immaculate. They were unable to put a sticker on it that day due to a requirement from the State's computer for 100 miles to elapse before putting a new sticker on it so we came back 5 days later and sure enough, Andrey kept his word and we got our sticker and they also fixed(him personally) a couple of washer spray nozzles that weren't working, a rear headrest that was missing and helped with some Saab license plate screws so we could get the fresh plates on. I have never had a dealer work so hard to make a customer happy. First class service and attention to detail is what you will get when dealing with them. I highly recommend visiting them when looking for a used car. Jim

My daughter bought her first car a Honda Civic coupe here. She loves it and they have been great if she needed something checked or anything ordered they were right there taking care of it!!! There is a reason they have nearly all 5-star review. I bought a Saab 92x from them and it was one of the easiest and most friendly buying experiences I've had. Andrey is very personable and knowledgeable. He allowed me to take the car to get inspected with another mechanic and even pointed things out that the shop I took it to missed. Everything that concerned me he fixed before sale and the car was already at a great price for the condition. When I was having issues with my bank when trying to purchase he was patient with me, and I even made him go out of his way to work on a Sunday because I'm from out-of-state! They will definitely be the first place I look when I'm looking for another vehicle.

I found my truck on their site and they held it for 3 days, no questions asked, so I could make time to get to their dealership. When I arrived, they were finishing up all the repairs advertised, and more. They let me under the truck on their lift, answered all my questions, offered service records, etc. Wonderful experience. I was really dreading having to replace my luxury truck. These guys made it FUN. I recommend anyone looking for a luxury vehicle to browse their lot first!! Hey Dimitry... I had been looking for an affordable but well maintained luxury car for a while now. Most of the used auto lots I had talked to always seemeed like they were trying to scam me in some way. ODA was completely different; I found a 2013 Audi Allroad for sale through craigslist and from the first time I called, Andrey was extremely helpful. He explained the true condition of the car, all of the repairs that his shop had made, including replacing the timing chain which is a notorious failure point of the B8.5 Audis. We spoke on a Tuesday and I told him that because I live in NYC, the earliest I could come up would be on Saturday. Andrey agreed to hold the car for me without a deposit and make sure it was ready by the time I arrived. He also emailed me copies of the title so that I could secure financing through my bank if I did decide to get the car. When I arrived, the car was exactly as described and drove great even with the 112,000 miles on it. I was a little weary of the high mileage so I scheduled a pre-purchase inspection at Audi of Nashua which Andrey was completely OK with. After the inspection, even they were surprised at the great condition for the car’s age and miles. Overall, Andrey made a stressful experience that much easier. He can seem very abrasive but it’s just him being direct and honest, a welcome change from most. He is extremely knowledgeable & experienced repairing & maintaining many makes and models so you can trust that he knows what he’s saying when trying to sell a vehicle. If I need another car again, I would easily drive up a few hours to know that the car was in good hands before being sold.

Recently bought a 2010 BMW X5 Diesel. The guys who work here are simply amazing. I showed interest in the vehicle and they allowed me to take it to my mechanic. After coming back from the mechanic i asked about future maintenance. They toke hours of there time to show me future maintenance items and how much it would cost me. I bought a vehicle comfortably knowing the condition its at and future services it might need. I had this vehicle for over 6months and just stopped by for a oil change. Best experience i ever had. You guys are awesome !!! Stay chill!!

ODA is absolutely astonishing. The professional mechanics fixed my car after a collision and performed full maintenance service on my 2008 Honda Accord EXL. The job was done in excellent quality and in a very short time. We purchased a 2010 Audi A4. A couple days later, the engine rod went through the engine. (Not their fault or ours- it’s an Audi issue) We had the car towed back to ODA. It took time to get the engine replaced because they found issues in 2 engines they purchased. The 3rd engine was to their standards and they replaced everything. Long story short, they are professional and caring - I was a bit hard headed at times because it is frustrating buying a used car that ends up having issues. But this was not their fault and they corrected it. The car has been driving good for 2 weeks now with just a few small things needed to be looked at plus a sensor and balance issue. I am bringing it in to them to look at. (Update: ODA corrected the issues and was very professional and helpful) They have been very professional and very knowledgeable with the issues and how to fix and repair them to last a long time. My headache with buying this used car was also their headache because they clearly don’t intend to scam or screw people. They work to resolve the problems. They did not “sell a lemon” It’s a used car, sometimes things happen mechanics don’t see. They went above and beyond to repair the issues, and I know they will also help correct the little things still bothering me. I’d recommend buying from them 😁

Dimitry is the man. Right off the bat he told me everything I need to know about my purchase, including all the common issues people run into with the car. He was straight up honest with me and I loved that about him. He than worked with me to get a great loan term with my terrible credit. Just awesome. Even though I was buying a used car he made sure to detail the outside of the car by painting over all scratches. Not only that but his 5 year warranty is a must!! They'll literally fix anything wrong with your car, down to the door handle. I will definitely check my next car here again

Can't imagine buying a car anywhere else. Not only are their prices competitive/fair for the market, but they do a great job of giving you a run down of everything they have done to their cars since acquiring them. Almost all the cars end up with new brakes. Subaru's always get timing belts and head gaskets changed (which is a notorious issue for Subaru's that ODA always eliminates). They will answer any and all questions about the cars and you'll never feel any pressure for a sale. I've test driven cars a few times over the past couple of months and finally settled on the right car for me. They went above and beyond to make sure the car was exactly how I wanted it before I picked it up and even delivered it when my ride fell through. 5/5

Here's the short version: Buy from these guys. It's a great experience. 10/10 would (and have) recommend to (many of) my friends. Dmitriy and Andrey are outstanding business people, and genuinely look to get their customers the best products and services they can because they know it brings people back. The long version: I worked extensively with Dmitriy and Andrey on the purchase of two used vehicles. One went through, the other we couldn't make happen, but the story doesn't end there so keep reading. In early 2019 I was looking to buy a replacement for my beloved 2004 Volvo XC70, and coincidentally a family member needed to replace her 2009 Toyota Corolla. We went at the same time to this location thinking it was still Hobbs automotive, and were surprised to heard that it had changed hands. The staff were extremely friendly and worked her and I to test drive the two vehicles we had checked out online. Both were in excellent condition, in fact the one I was looking at was much nicer and more well equipped than what I was looking for which is why the sale did not happen. I ended up leaving with advice on a similar but earlier year vehicle that was far better suited to my needs and did not have some of the same extra emissions hassle. Not only did Dmitriy provide honest, useful feedback to help me find a vehicle, their team brought in that exact vehicle in great shape about a week later to help me out but by that time I had signed on another vehicle. The service at the other dealership was awful in comparison to ODA. My mother did leave with a vehicle in good shape with better accommodations and half the mileage of her Corolla, and Andrey helped her get an aftermarket extended warranty at cost!!! It's been several months now, and ODA has been AWESOME with all of the tiny issues, helping us get the manufacturer's dealers to fix their own issues with the bluetooth system, and fixing a routine maintenance item we noticed for free. Every time we go in we are greeted with a smile and extremely good customer service. I will absolutely be working with these guys again. Hobbs was excellent, but ODA has raised the bar.

English: Very good experience with D’AMORE AUTOMOBILE I am a French student, and Andrey does everything for me. I purchased a car for $3300 with inspection and warranty of 30 days, when no-one around the city wanted to sell us a car below $4500 with just a warranty. He found an insurance for me while no one wanted to insure me. He helped me in the procedures, very complicated when you do not speak the English fluently. He did a really great job, really really great., and very fast. We had a small problem with electronic clutch switch (our car broke down on a car park) and Andrey came to help us a few minutes later, and we were pretty far from Manchester (20 minutes by driving). He brought us back to our home (15 minutes from the car park), and called someone to tow the car, for free. He fixed the car and changed the battery for free as well and we just waited 1 day. These guys know their job, they do it very quickly and they are reliable. I recommend them to everyone, especially foreigners like me. France : Andrey did everything for me, he managed to find me a car for not too much money, and guaranteed it for 30 days, at a time when all the other pros wouldn't guarantee me anything below $4500 (not counting the inspection). ). He spoke with the Americans (our English was too broken) to find us insurance. Not easy by the way, Progressive, the largest in the USA, refused us. When we broke down in the middle of a parking lot, Andrey came to help us take us home and get the car back, free of charge. 2 days later, the electrical problem was fixed, now we can drive without worries. Good job.

Owners/Managers Dmitri and Andrey are spectacular! Funny, honest and capable. We have purchased a couple cars from them and I have had my older 2009 Saab 9-3 serviced there as well with complex issues that they dealt with very well. If I purchase pre-owned, I like to know that the dealership can service my vehicle competently. These are the guys! Dmitri is very knowledgeable about any mechanic problem you can throw at him, whether for domestic or foreign. If we had any questions or concerns with either purchased vehicle, they took the time to explain or fix the problem. Very happy, and have already recommended to a few friends.

I purchased a 2008 Scion about a year ago and the staff worked with me to complete the sale and get loan approval very efficiently. I recently had engine trouble due to a 3rd party liability and took the car back for repairs at their mechanics shop. The employees at D'Amore did their best to help out and did everything they could to keep the costs low. They were very friendly and went well out of their way and even offered a loaner car for several weeks while my vehicle was out of commission. They had very clear communication and provided updates whenever i requested. They even offered to meet after hours and made me feel comfortable with their integrity and expertise. Although I had to get rid of the car due to the 3rd party insurance requirements, I am very pleased with my experience with D'Amore Auto and highly recommend their services to anyone needing a nice vehicle or car repairs and maintenance at a low cost.

I would recommend D’Amore Auto to anyone looking for a good quality car at a great price. Not only did they help find the car perfect for me and in my price range, but they went above and beyond to make the process simple and easy. I can not say enough good things about them! They take great care of their cars and amazing care of their customers. Not once did I feel like I was being haggled, they worked with me and I left feeling very satisfied and confident in my car! Very nice very honest people! Easy buying process and so worth it. I bought my toyota sienna in april 2017. shortly after I brought it home the cable for the power door snapped, I called them and they fixed it with no hesitation! I got into an accident this year and again they took great care of us and the repairs! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality used car and great service.

Best car buying experience ever! Got a car from them knowing it needed work to pass inspection, they gave us good deal on the repairs and I drove off a happy camper! At another time an issue came up and they offered great service and worked with us to keep the cost down. They are profesional, courteous and honest. They went the extra mile.

I recently purchased a sweet little Audi TT for my son from Dimitri and the team at ODA Auto Precision and was very happy with the overall experience. It's been a few weeks now and the car runs great and passed MA inspection without any issues. I would recommend checking out their inventory before going to larger dealerships and overpaying for your next ride.

I bought a 2011 Mazda3 hatchback from D'amore in the spring of this year. Dmitriy was incredibly helpful throughout the process and was thorough in his explanations. He stayed past regular opening hours on a Saturday to accommodate my schedule despite the short notice. He also went out of his way to get my insurance company to stamp the necessary forms and personally delivered the car to Boston, where I live, a few days after the sale. Several months later, my Mazda still runs great and I have yet to have any issues. This is a well run, sincere family owned company - I would rely on these guys if I were looking for a car again.

I can not speak highly enough about this dealership. They worked with me to purchase a used car for my daughter. Amazing service, I bought A 2005 Mazda three, and they went above and beyond to make sure the car was completely fixed up and that it was in tip top shape for me to drive and enjoy!!! Both of the brothers along with the mechanics are great and they do everything to make sure that the car and customer are 100% satisfied. I just bought a Car from D'Amore. I had an issue with the car within a day of purchase. I called them 2 days after I purchased my car & they told me to bring it back to them with out any argument. They gave me a loner to use while they completed the necessary repair. I had my car back with 2 days. I am now a satisfied customer.

I bought a saab from these guys. They went above and beyond to make sure the car was in PERFECT condition before I even touched it. I was really impressed with their diligent costumer service and their vast knowledge. It is such a relief to know I'm really being taken care of. They are truly the most honest dealers/mechanics I've ever come across. I haven't had a single problem since I bought the car over a year ago and I love it. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

We traveled 8 hours from Pennsylvania to look at a rare 2010 saab 9-3 xwd manual trans black on black hoping that the car was as good as they said it was. Well it was and and now my son has a car he loves! Great people to work with .Dimitri is great sale man and help us get the paperwork done quickly and they have a great warranty for the car also . I am impressed with the owners Dmitri and Andrey. They are knowledgeable about both sides of their business, that is, auto sales and mechanics. We purchased a pre-owned vehicle from them and are happy with the car and service. I have also used their mechanic shop for my 2009 Saab 9-3. They are willing to take time to explain and troubleshoot tough problems often at no charge. Since one of their specialties is Saab, they have the know-how and specialized equipment that most shops don't have. Keep up the good work!

A nice family owned dealership. Bought a beautiful 2006 Dodge Caravan with good mileage. The salesman Andrey toke great care of me, toke it for a test drive, he put it on the lift showed me that everything was perfect. Great place! Great cars! Great service! Highly recommended.

Everytime I need something I can count on Andrea to go above and beyond what's needed. Always with a smile and the fairest of prices. I've purchased 2 cars from this company as well and I've never been happier with a used car purchase! The cost was very reasonable and the quality was well above average. We found and bought a one-owner, all dealer-maintained, low mileage, reliable commuter car from D'Amore. The car was in great condition with complete maintenance records at a fair market price. The sales staff made the process smooth and straightforward. They arranged to have the windshield replaced at our home after finding a chip in it during the test drive. I found this place through Craigslist and I wasn't sure what to think. I read the reviews and decided to take a chance - it was 2 1/2 hours away from where I live, so this was a big chance! I definitely made the right choice. Driving up to this place, I had my doubts but the cars that they sell are top notch, beautiful cars, so don't ever judge by the outside! I dealt with three employees while I was there, including the owner, and they were so gracious and polite. Dmitry said that he'd never sell a car he would not drive himself, and by the looks of the cars on his lot, I would be inclined to agree! The prices are beyond fair (but never forget to do your homework/research before buying ANY vehicle) and the customer service is beyond reproach. As per any car salesman, they want you to drive off of their lot with a vehicle, but I really got the feeling that they care about what they do, they care about making the customer a top priority and I never felt like just 'a sale'. The inventory is definitely in and out quickly and there is a reason they can't keep cars in their lot. I had bought a Saab, which someone else had also been interested in, so they had JUST brought a different color of the same car in and that sold before it even came out of the garage! This is definitely a hidden gem for a Saab if you are looking for one - the owner seems to love and appreciate these cars, as do the men who work on them. If you are intererested in a car, make sure to call right away or it might be sold when you finally do! These guys made my car buying experience such a breeze, were insanely polite and never tried to sell me something that I did not want. I cannot say enough good things about my experience here. Would recommend to everyone. I'd give them more than five stars if I could.

I have personally had a excellent experience with these gentlemen. To start, I answered an ad off of craigslist to buy a vehicle. They didn't know me at all, and let me pay payments for a vehicle so I could get to work. Before I left with the car, they made sure it was safe and inspected and ready to go. They have always been a accommodating and helpful. They did the same for my boyfriend, and would help anyone. 5 stars to this company, and to the men behind the scenes! Thank you for everything.
